Anatomy is a collaboration among fitness, sports science and nightlife veterans that embodies the future of fitness. We offer proprietary fitness programming, influenced by advanced research in strength conditioning and regeneration, designed for members to excel in all aspects of their lives. By partnering with leaders in age management, chiropractic care, IV nutritional therapy and beauty, we’ve created an intimate and integrated health and wellness community, where members can sweat, enhance and recover together, all under one roof.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The personal training system at Anatomy is designed to ensure each member reaches their optimal level of fitness and athleticism. Through innovative training and a solid foundation of strength-based movements, we help members create a body that’s functional, lean and strong. Each program begins by assessing function and stability issues. With this as a baseline, we develop a customized program that targets members’ specific needs and goals. We work tirelessly to ensure each workout is challenging, engaging, and delivers results.

PILATES

Pilates is a full body, dynamic workout that is meant to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles.

Pilates, originally named Contrology, is used to challenge clients to gain muscular control, drastically increase core strength, and even rehabilitate injuries. We have a fully equipped pilates studio available for private and duet sessions. Sessions can be booked by contacting any of our three locations.

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are excellent for people who want to work out in a group setting. They establish accountability, discipline, and are a fun and effective way of fitting in your weekly workout.

Enhance

VITASQUAD

VitaSquad is a mobile vitamin infusion service located inside of Anatomy. VitaSquad features various medical cocktails administered by professional nurses. The benefits of vitamin infusions last up to four days and include increased energy, decreased recovery time after workouts, improved appearance and more!

HAIR SALON

Total beauty comes from health and wellness. Pamper yourself after your workout or before a night out. You'll be in the best of hands with Luis Canas for a cut, color or blow-dry!

ENDERMOLOGIE

Improve the appearance of your skin as you boost collagen production and break up cellulite through this non-invasive procedure. You’ll feel restored as your lymphatic system is stimulated and blood circulation is increased.

COLD THERAPY

Our cold plunge and cold sauna will help you recover from intense workouts by causing your blood vessels to tighten which reduces inflammation and rids the body of lactic acid. Cold therapy has been regarded by elite athletes as the best way to reduce pain and swelling.
